10.30am - 6.30pm 4 days per week, 11am - 6.30pm 1 day per week

Essex Scale 3, points 6-7 (April 2026 new payscales), £25,583 - £25,989 (Pay Award Pending)

25 annual leave days plus Bank Holidays and generous Local Government Pension Scheme

We are seeking to appoint a flexible, enthusiastic and energetic Site Officer to support our existing Site Teams across the Moulsham Schools. This is a vital role ensuring the smooth running and safety of our school sites.

Key Responsibilities:

· Opening and closing of school premises

· Ensuring site security

· Portering and general maintenance

· Cleaning duties

· Assisting staff with site-related issues

· Covering unplanned absences and providing support during busy periods

· Occasional lettings cover

About You:

· Flexible and reliable with excellent time management

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Able to follow direction and adhere to Health & Safety procedures

· Physically fit due to the nature of the role

· Skilled in general maintenance, caretaking and DIY

· A proactive "can-do" attitude

Location:You will be required to work across the following Trust schools:

· Moulsham Infant School

· Moulsham Junior School
