About the role:
We are seeking an organised and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to support the effective management of our school office. The role involves planning, monitoring and prioritising administrative workloads, anticipating termly demands, and supporting Admissions and Appeals administration.
You will line manage members of the office team, including reception, medical and reprographics staff, ensuring effective deployment and supporting professional development. Additional responsibilities include proofreading correspondence, maintaining stationery stock levels, managing SLT on-call, triaging CPOMs alerts (level 3 safeguarding training provided), acting as Educational Visits Co-ordinator (training provided), and ensuring all enquiries and feedback are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner.

Work Schedule:
8.30am - 4.00pm Monday, 8.30am - 4.30pm - Tuesday to Friday.
Term time plus 2 additional weeksin the holidays
