Lead and coordinateday-to-day site operations
Supervise and support acaretaking team
Ensure the site issafe, compliant, and fully operational
Overseemaintenance, repairs, and contractors
Managehealth & safety checks and compliance processes
Support school lettings and community use
Step up asDeputy to the Premises Manager
You'll be the person who keeps everything moving-problem-solving, organising, and making things happen.
What You'll Bring
·Experience inpremises, facilities or caretaking roles
·Confidence leading or supervising ateam
·Strong knowledge ofhealth & safety and compliance
·Hands-on skills inmaintenance and repairs
·Ability toprioritise, organise and respond to challenges
·A calm, reliable andsolutions-focused approach
IOSH or similar qualification (or willingness to gain) required.
