Job Role: Early Career Teacher (KS1)
Pay Range: Main Pay Range (M1-M2)
Salary: £32,916 - £34,823 per annum
Start Date: 1st September 2026
The Role:
We are looking to recruit an inspiring Early Career Teacher to join a committed and nurturing staff group in our Infant and Nursery school. We are a fully inclusive school where relationships are at the heart of what we do. Our school is a place where children, staff and families are valued and all work together to challenge, inspire and develop high aspirations for our children's futures. We are committed to a culture of lifelong learning for both children and staff.
We will consider those with experiences across both EYFS and KS1 and can offer strong coaching and mentoring for those new to the role.

· Form trusted and positive relationships with children and parents
· Are passionate and knowledgeable about high quality Early Years and Key Stage 1 education
· Have high expectations of the children and themselves with a passion for raising standards and attainment
· Have an engaging teaching style which enthuses and motivates the children to learn
· Are fully inclusive of all pupils, regardless of their needs
· Are resilient, and reflective.
· Work well as part of a team and can make a commitment to improving and developing your own practice and wellbeing as well as supporting others with theirs.
