Post of: Learning Support Assistant
Pay Range: Tenacitas Trust Support Pay Scale 2 Point 2 - 3 (£24,948 FTE - £25,360 FTE)
Actual Salary: £18,323 per annum - £18,626 per annum
Contract Term: Permanent
Contract Type: Part-time (term time only)
Hours per week: 32 ½ hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:20am to 3:20pm (1/2 hour lunch)
Start Date: January 2026

We are seeking an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our happy and welcoming school. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a school.
The successful candidate will be required to:
Work as part of a team.
Have a good standard of literacy and numeracy.
Show initiative and flexibility.
Work successfully with young children.
Model excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be flexible and able to adapt to the needs of the children.
Work with some children with complex SEND needs
Lead interventions for small groups of children.
Be committed to raising standards for all children.
Be able to liaise closely with teachers, support staff, parents and the wider community.
