Learning Support Assistant
Pay Range: Scale 3, Points 5-6 (depending on experience)
Actual Salary from: £17,783 - £18,065
Starting ASAP
We are looking to appoint a dedicated, enthusiastic and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team to support, inspire and engage children at Gosbecks Primary School to 'be the best you can be.'
You will need to:
- be educated to GCSE A-C (or equivalent) or above in English and Maths
- be a flexible, organised and enthusiastic team player
- have an ability to show initiative and work independently
- have previous experience in an educational setting
- be committed to supporting the children in their learning
- be prepared to work across the school primarily supporting children with SEND needs.
- have experience of supporting children with ADHD and ASD

Gosbecks Primary school is a popular school located in Colchester. We have keen parents, established links with the community and a supportive Governing Body.
