Broomfield is a popular two form entry primary school, situated on the outskirts of Chelmsford. Due to the forthcoming retirement of the current post-holder, we are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and inspiring teacher to the full-time post of Lower Key Stage Two Teacher and Phase Group Leader, to join our Senior Leadership Team in September 2026. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Primary Curriculum and proven experience in teaching Key Stage Two, alongside previously holding areas of responsibility within an educational setting. The Broomfield Primary Team are committed to providing high quality teaching and learning for all pupils and the post represents an ideal opportunity to work in a happy, friendly and positive environment.
We are seeking to appoint an excellent Lower Key Stage Two Phase Group Leader with:
· the skills to be accountable for the strategic leadership and management of Lower Key Stage Two, developing and implementing plans, policies, targets and practices within the context of the school's aims and policies
· the skills to develop and inspire others
