Teaching Assistant with Intimate Care Responsibilities Required: September 2026 Term Time Only
Essex Pay Scale pt. 4-5 £25,185 - £25,583 (before pro rata) plus inner fringe allowance £1,045 and £1,000 healthcare allowance (before pro rata)

Come and work with us as a Teaching Assistant and provide learning support for identified students with Education, Health and Care Plans. You will need to be able to assist them with their work and have a genuine interest in their development. You will need to have the skills to work with groups of students and with individuals and experience of working in schools or with large groups of teenagers would be advantageous. Alongside this, you will be part of the Intimate Care team and provide this to individual students, following the plans in place.
We welcome applications from graduates with a view to progressing onto the Graduate Teacher Programme. Candidates wishing to join the scheme will need to be educated to degree level.
