Class Teacher (Fixed Term) Commencing: 1st September 2026
Chipping Hill Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic and committed class teacher to join our friendly and supportive team.
This is a fixed-term position to cover a period of staff absence and will commence on 1st September 2026. The contract will run until the return of the substantive postholder or until the post is no longer required. However, there may be the possibility of an extension, subject to the needs of the school. The contract will run until 31st December 2026 but it is likely this could be extended upon review.
- Is an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations for all pupils.
- Is committed to inclusive practice and high-quality teaching.
- Collaborates well as part of a team and has a good sense of humour.
- Demonstrates strong behaviour management and a positive ethos.
- Recognises the importance of safeguarding in their daily practice.
- ECTs are welcome to apply and will be well supported in the role.
